Program:
We start the tour with a visit to the flower market next to Torarica Hotel. From there we walk to the Fort Zeelandia complex. From the Independence square we have a good view at the colonial buildings including the Presidential Palace, the Ministry of Finance and the Court of Justice. The Central Market is the marketplace. On the ground floor various vegetables, fruit and fish and on the first floor garments, footwear, spices etc. The walk or tour also takes you through the shopping centre, the wooden cathedral, a synagogue and a mosque, the last two next to each other.
